Internal workspace

Chat, files, wiki, boards, whiteboards, meetings and a password vault. All under one roof, on your own server, under your brand.

01 · Scattered

Your crew is scattered across eight different apps.

One login, one permission model, one search. Knowledge stays put, the crew stays together.

Quick access

Start the day on one screen.

Links, notes and to-dos on drag-and-drop cards. Every space has its own surface, and Ctrl K puts everything two keys away.

  • Drag-and-drop card surface
  • Command palette
  • A surface per space

Drive

One tree for everything.

Folders, files, pages, boards and drawings live in the same tree. Sharing, versions, trash and quotas are set up once and work everywhere.

  • Versions and trash
  • Previews and share links
  • Quota per space

Chat

Conversation, right next to the work.

Direct, group and space chats with quoted replies, reactions and @mentions. Incoming webhooks land in alert chats, so you hear about problems before customers do.

  • Quoted replies and reactions
  • Webhook and alert chats
  • Jump into a call in one click

Pages

Your crew’s shared memory.

Block editor, slash menu, templates and comments. Edit the same page at the same time, with no conflicts and no lost sentences.

  • Real-time co-editing
  • Version history
  • Public sharing

Boards

Work flows where you can see it.

Kanban columns, card details and a chat on every card. Filter, switch to list view, and see who is working on what.

  • Kanban and list views
  • A chat on every card
  • Labels and filters

Drawings

Ideas meet on the same board.

Shapes, arrows and freehand, with the whole crew’s cursors on one canvas. Export to PNG or SVG when you are done.

  • Shared cursors
  • Infinite canvas
  • PNG and SVG export

Meetings

Every chat has a room.

A meeting interface of its own: lobby, screen sharing, raised hands. Recordings land in Drive and notes in Pages, automatically.

  • Persistent and scheduled rooms
  • Recordings in Drive
  • Guest invites

03 · On the go

Leave your desk. Stay in the hall.

The iOS and Android apps carry the same spaces, the same chats and the same vault. Unlock with your fingerprint or face, wake up to alerts with push, join the meeting on the way.

  • Biometric unlock
  • Push notifications
  • Incoming call screen

04 · Zero-knowledge vault

Not even the server can read it.

Your vault password never leaves your device. The key is derived on the device and every item is encrypted on the device. The server only ever sees ciphertext and wrapped keys.

05 · MCP server

AI joins the crew. With your permissions.

Crewhall is an MCP server. Claude and other MCP clients write pages, open cards and put files in Drive on your behalf. Publishing, deleting and external sharing wait for your approval first.

The vault is always closed to MCP. Every call is written to the audit log and can be undone.

06 · White-label

Your brand up front.

Organization name, logo and accent color come from a single setting. Emails, the mobile splash screen and the app icon draw from the same source. Crewhall stays in the back as a small signature.

07 · Self-hosted

One command. One database.

One docker compose, one Postgres, one S3 endpoint. No Redis, search engine or message queue required. On first launch, the setup wizard creates your organization and owner account.
